1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using HelixVault (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
HelixVault is a personal informational tracking application designed to help users log and organize peptide-related data, including doses, schedules, vial inventory, and personal health metrics. The App is intended solely for personal informational and organizational purposes.
3. Not Medical Advice
HelixVault is NOT a medical device. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Nothing in the App should be construed as professional medical advice or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
You assume all responsibility for any decisions related to peptides, supplements, or health practices. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using peptides or making any health-related decisions.
4. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use HelixVault. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use the App.
5. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy and completeness of any data you enter into the App
- Any decisions you make based on information displayed in the App
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding peptides and related substances in your jurisdiction
- Consulting with a qualified healthcare professional before acting on any information tracked in the App
6. Subscriptions
HelixVault offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan
- You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
- Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com
7. User Content and Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into HelixVault, including peptide logs, dose records, notes, and personal health information. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Your data is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, synced via your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your data and cannot retrieve it on your behalf.
8. Intellectual Property
HelixVault, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and all other elements of the App, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HELIXVAULT AND ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device and canceling any active subscriptions.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware.
