All data is stored locally on your device. You can optionally enable iCloud sync, in which case data syncs through your personal, end-to-end–encrypted iCloud account — we never have access to it.

With your explicit permission, HelixVault reads HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, weight, and lean mass from Apple Health to let you correlate your protocol with outcomes. All reading is local; HealthKit data never leaves your device through HelixVault.
